  • The AutoSplit heavy-duty log splitter is equipped with a 22 HP Honda GX700 fuel-injected engine that powers the firewood machine's hydraulic functions, like the log lift, capable of loading 500-pound logs, hydraulic system, and cylinder bore. The 22 HP engine, the heart of the box wedge log splitter's performance, offers excellent fuel economy and allows the operator to work for extended periods without unnecessary production stoppages.

  • The AutoSplit box wedge wood splitter is equipped with a 4" or 5” cylinder, which has the power to split gnarly blocks with 37,680 / 58,905 pounds of splitting force. These quick cycle times are the result of the AutoSplit's 22 HP engine in combination with the regeneration manifold equipped to the firewood machine's hydraulics. The regeneration manifold allows the rod to extend from the cylinder more rapidly without requiring a greater pump flow.

  • While other commercial log splitters may offer similar splitting forces, it’s the AutoSplit’s Box Wedge that sets this log splitter apart from the competition. The Box Wedge creates evenly sized wood and the floating auto-retract arm pulls back the unsplit portion of the log back into the splitting chamber. This allows operators to burn through blocks without re-handling logs or worrying about varying log sizes.

  • The commercial log splitter features a hydraulic log lift that can handle 500-pound logs, allowing operators to easily lift large blocks onto the splitting chamber or use the lift as a workstation to organize and arrange wood prior to splitting.

  • The AutoSplit commercial firewood splitter wasn’t made with only splitting in mind. Features like the integrated table grate consider the next step of your firewood production, because we know the job isn’t over after the log is split. The table grate acts as a funnel, which contains split logs and readies them to move onto a wood conveyor.

Box Wedge Log Splitter

The integrated Box Wedge pulls un-split logs back onto the splitting chamber, minimizing operator block re-handling. This unique wedge style is designed to produce uniform-sized firewood. Sell the perfect-sized cord wood, packaged firewood, camp, and cooking wood with this box wedge log splitter.

Spring Suspension

The AutoSplit wood splitter features a spring suspension, allowing for excellent towing even at high speeds. The trailer hitch has also been lengthened on this machine, to increase maneuverability in any situation, whether moving around your woodyard or transporting the splitter to the jobsite.

Fully Protected Hydraulics

The log splitter features a robust hydraulic system designed to function in the toughest environments without skipping a beat. From the standard oil cooler and Cross valve with detent on retract to the large hydraulic tank integrated into the main beam of the splitter, every part of this system has been overbuilt to ensure years of reliable splitting.

All of the hydraulics installed on the AutoSplit are fully protected by a Valve Cover for protection from the elements. Features such as simple controls and a pressure gauge built into the valve tower ensure efficient operation in any conditions.

Plate Steel Log Lift Log Splitter

Load Large Blocks Without the Sweat

The commercial log splitter features a plate steel constructed hydraulic log lift that can handle 500-pound logs, allowing operators to easily lift large blocks onto the splitting chamber or use the lift as a workstation to organize and arrange wood prior to splitting.

If you can load it, the AutoSplit box wedge firewood splitter will split it.

The Fastest Commercial Log Splitter

If you split wood more quickly, you will be able to split more wood over the course of time. This is basic math, but how do you split wood more quickly?

Well, a regeneration manifold is one way.

Now standardly equipped on the AutoSplit box wedge wood splitter, the regen manifold drives a regeneration cycle that allows the rod to extend from the cylinder more rapidly while using the same pump flow.
