View full details
  • The Timberwolf Pro-LP firewood processor is a machine that has been in the works for years. With our recent partnerships we are finally able to bring to the table a machine with commercial build quality built with both the homeowner and small firewood operation in mind.
  • The machine is powered by a legendary EFI Honda GX-700 engine producing 22 HP at 3600 RPM. This engine provides the power to effortlessly saw through logs up to 16” in diameter while being able to split them through a 6 way wedge with ease.
  • Driving an 18 GPM high pressure hydraulic pump this system is designed with longevity and ease of maintenance. With very few components and limited electronics – this machine will surly last the test time especially when combined with its exclusive engineered beam splitting technology.
  • With an oversized elongated hydraulic tank the firewood processor has been put through its paces on the hottest of summer day its oil stays a cool 140 degrees without the need for an auxiliary oil cooler which are prone to failure.
  • The hydraulic wedge lift with the easy toolless wedge change system allows the operator to adjust the cutting height to achieve the optimal sized firewood in order to maximize revenue and repeat business.
  • Compact size coming in at under 3300 pounds makes it easy to tow with nearly any vehicle, this makes it an ideal choice for a rental fleet or mobile firewood processing service. When combined with its standard deck lift and 16” cutting capability this machine is self contained requiring no tractor making it a breeze to bring to a jobsite.
  • The top roll clamping plate is exceptionally effective at controlling the log throughout the cut and advance with no need for costly hydraulics which not only lead to more down time but also slows you down. When combined with our last cut length visualizer, superior ergonomics and regenerative valves there are no machines on the market with similar horsepower which can out produce the TW-PRO-LP firewood processor. Single man operation with average wood cut to 12’ long should be able to produce and unassisted cord every 45 minutes as long as the
operator has the physical capability to move!
  • In summary the TW-PRO-LP fully optioned out will set you back right around $30,000.00, an amount not to be trifled with. However in return it will provide years of reliable service producing in excess of 10 cord of firewood every 8 hours of operations. With its simple robust design it will be able to do this year in and year out.

Hydraulic Log Lift

The unique design of the Pro-LP firewood processor's 4' wide log lift allows operators to pick up uncut logs directly off the ground and load them onto the machine without needing to use a tractor or forklift. This means that only one machine is necessary for the firewood splitting process, further cutting down on cost of production and boosting your profit.

Process Long Logs Quickly

The Pro-LP features Timberwolf's new top roll clamping plate. The clamping system is exceptionally effective at controlling the log throughout the cut for stability and security.

An hourglass-shaped roller with large teeth is located at the end of the machine, enhancing the traction of forward-moving logs. This feature reduces operator intervention and results in easy firewood processing.

Simple and Safe Operation

The Pro-LP log processor uses manual valves to control its functions. These manual valves lend themselves to the safe operation of the wood processor. Furthermore, the mobile wood processor was designed to be highly accessible - from the feed trough to the splitting chamber - to make re-splits and adjustments simple and risk-free. Output 2 cords per hour with this full-frame wood processor.

The Ultimate Mobile Firewood Processor

Yes, most firewood processors on the market have a ball hitch coupler, but that doesn't necessarily make them easy to move around; they are heavy, large, and ultimately, a hassle.

Transporting the Pro-LP is simple, as it has small dimensions and a weight under 4,000 pounds (including optional integrated 10' conveyor). Any half-ton truck can move the towable firewood processor from one spot to another, or even miles down the road.

The compact size firewood processor is an ideal choice for a rental fleet or mobile firewood processing business. When combined with its standard deck lift and 16" cutting capacity this machine is self contained requiring no tractor, making it a breeze to bring it to a jobsite.

Easy Wedge Adjustments

With the Pro-LP firewood processor's hydraulic wedge lift operators can raise and lower their 4 or 6-Way Wedge from the operator's panel. This function eliminates the need for operators to manually change the wedge height or change out the wedge altogether.

Plus, operators can move the wedge out of the way when reaching into the splitting chamber in order to handle logs.

Integrated Conveyor

Optional on the Pro-LP log processor, a 10' integrated conveyor moves split firewood into a pile or waiting truck bed, minimizing re-handling and making the firewood splitting process an easy, one-man operation. The chain driven conveyor is equipped with a paddle belt and fines deflector to move clean firewood on to its next step, ready for stacking or to be made into bundles for sale.

Adding the integrated conveyor adds 360 pounds to the total weight of the firewood processing machine.
