Standard Features
Modular Hopper
Our hoppers are bolt on allowing them to be replaced should they become damaged over time. This also allows us to easily offer different hopper sizes. We even make custom hoppers upon request. Constructed out of 3/16” plate steel for the bottom and 1/8” for the sides these hoppers can be filled directly with loader buckets.Telescopic Axles
Our robust axles are 92” wide providing our conveyors with a sturdy base. Each axle provides the machine with excellent maneuverability either in the yard or on the road between job sites. With hydraulic lift cylinders and telescoping arms the conveyor can be set at any height between 6’8” and 10’6” tall and then locked into place utilizing the ½” pull pins.3-Ply Rough Top Belt
Our standard belt is a 20” wide 3 ply belt with a heavily textured surface to ensure the ultimate in wood grip. This allows firewood to be propelled even at the 27 degree angle required to achieve full height. The thick material is specially formulated to resist degradation from UV rays. Designed to provide thousands of hours of worry free service.Ground Skid
Ground Skid
Our conveyors are equipped with a ground skid and removable trailer hitch to facilitate positing the machines under the outlet of processors or splitters. This ground skid also helps with stability as it provides a wide contact patch on the bottom. Finally, the ground skid lifts the roller off the ground to provide more space for debris separation.Debris Wipers
Our conveyors are all equipped with two debris wipers that aim to keep our rollers clean to extend belt life. The top wiper plows debris from the top of the conveyor off each side while the roller wiper actually scrapes the belt and the roller clean ensuring that a minimum of debris gets caught behind the roller causing undue stress on the belting which can lead to premature failure.Honda GX-160

Optional Features
Optional Paddle Belt
For operations in inclement weather such as snow and ice the popular cleated belting allows for full performance in almost any geographic area. Unlike many of our competitors, our cleats are vulcanized to the belting through a combination of high pressure and heat. This work is performed for us in Ohio by one of our suppliers.Power Pack Delete Option
A lot of our conveyors operate at the end of firewood processors. We provide the cost saving option of deleting the power pack so hat the conveyor can be run from the hydraulics on the processor. Talk to our salesman about configuring your next conveyor to work with any firewood processor on the market.
